Officials have given a grim assessment of the mine rescue operations by announcing that the trapped miners might not be found at all. Families of the trapped miners were upset by the grim assessment. Rescuers drilled a fifth hole near the mine’s entrance, but officials believe that the fifth hole would yield unsatisfactory outcomes on finding the missing miners. Rescue operations within the mine were suspended since a second seismic activity killed and injured the rescue team.
