President Bush has marked his forth veto against a bipartisan health care bill that would have increased healthcare coverage for up to 10 million children. Democrats are planning to lobby their Republican counterparts to override the President. The President objects the bill because he believes that the expansion is a step forward for government controlled healthcare system. Many conservative Republicans have voted for the bill, and there are enough votes in the Senate to override the President while the House is a little short of votes.
